This year due to new OSM (On-Screen Marking) checking system it has been observed that students on average have scored slightly lower than expected around the city, and this is a reminder that it’s ok to score low and it’s not the end of the world for the students.
If your son/daughter have scored high marks its fantastic but if their result is not satisfactory to you please do not blame them but be supportive. The result doesn't only depend upon their preparation but also a large number of factors:
Stress before examination
Environment at home
Environment in examination hall
Environment in copy checking center
Examiner
Ajmer's Voice
One of the students we interviewed claimed that he scored way less than he expected and is hoping rechecking would do him justice. Some parents showed dissatisfaction with their ward's result, one claimed that his son should have scored above 90% while he only scored 89%.
Conclusion
Overall there was less satisfaction with the result amongst the top scorers in the city. Don't compare the result with others since comparison is a theft of joy and cherish this new beginning of your ward's life!
